GSCDD BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The Board of Supervisors (BOS) are the governing authority of the Gateway Services Community Development District. The BOS meet the first and third Thursday of each month at 3 p.m. and the meetings are open to the public. Please check out our Upcoming Events on our Home Page for specific BOS and Committee meeting dates and times. Meetings are held at the Gateway Administrative Complex at 13240 Griffin Drive. If you want to learn more about participating on a committee or in a workgroup, please attend one of the scheduled meetings.
The Board of Supervisors has the authority to create Committees for specified duties, roles and functions. Committee meetings are also open to the public. Within those Committees, Workgroups can be established which are specifically for fact finding regarding specific issues. Workgroups have no advisory or spending authority, and as such, workgroup meetings are not open to the public.
The Stoneybrook Advisory Committee (SAC) was created and established per Resolution Number 2012-15 on August 2, 2012. The purpose of the Committee is to gather data and inform the Gateway Community and the BOS of issues associated with the current and future use, operation, and maintenance of the various District facilities within the Stoneybrook Community. The SAC meet the second Wednesday of the month at 3 p.m.
The Pelican Preserve Advisory Committee (PPAC) was created to gather data and inform the Gateway Community and the BOS of issues associated with the current and future use, operation, and maintenance of the various District facilities within the Pelican Preserve Community. The PPAC meet the second Thursday of the month at 2 p.m.
