Payment Options
To make it easier for residents to pay their bi-monthly utility bills, we offer several convenient payment methods. Please note: The District does not accept cash, and American Express is not an available or accepted form of payment.

Automatic Payments

  • By Checking Account
    Have your payment automatically withdrawn on the due date.
    • Option 1: Complete the ACH Form to authorize automatic payments.
    • Option 2: Register for an account on our Customer Portal and enroll in auto-pay by checking account.
  • By Credit or Debit Card
    Register on our Customer Portal and enroll in auto-pay using a credit or debit card. Payments will be withdrawn on the due date. Note: All card payments are subject to a processing fee.

One-Time Payments

  • Online– QuickPay
    Make a one-time payment using a credit or debit card through our Customer Portal. Note: All card payments are subject to a processing fee.
  • By Phone
    Call to make a payment using a credit or debit card. Note: All card payments are subject to a processing fee.

Bill Pay via Bank

Set up “Bill Pay” through your bank’s online system.

  • Payee: Gateway Services CDD

  • Reference your full account number, including dashes (e.g., 123-4567-89)
