Payment Options
To make it easier for residents to pay their bi-monthly utility bills, we offer several convenient payment methods. Please note: The District does not accept cash, and American Express is not an available or accepted form of payment.


One-Time Payments

To ensure proper functionality of the customer portal, Apple devices should be updated to the latest iOS version and security updates. Outdated devices may experience issues with payment processing, AutoPay management, and viewing account information.

  • Online– QuickPay
    Make a one-time payment using a credit or debit card through our Customer Portal. Note: All card payments are subject to a processing fee.
  • By Phone
    Call 239-722-6678 to make a payment through GSCDD interactive voice recording system using a debit or credit card. Use your full account number, excluding the dashes or leading zero. (e.g., 123456789 ) Note: All card payments are subject to a processing fee.

Bill Pay via Bank

Set up “Bill Pay” through your bank’s online system.

  • Payee: Gateway Services CDD
  • Address: P.O. Box 7518, Naples, FL 34101-7518
  • Reference your full account number, including dashes (e.g., 123-4567-89) Note: Verify your bank’s payment processing and delivery timeframe. Electronic payments may take up to 3–7 business days to be received and posted to your utility account. To avoid late fees or penalties, payment must be received and posted to your account by the due date.

Automatic Payments

  • By Checking Account
    Complete and return the linked form to GSCDD to authorize automatic payments
  • By Credit or Debit Card
    Register on our Customer Portal and enroll in auto-pay using a credit or debit card. Payments will be withdrawn on the due date. Note: All card payments are subject to a processing fee.
