Board of Supervisors
The Board of Supervisors (BOS) are the governing authority of the Gateway Services Community Development District. The BOS meets the first and third Thursday of each month at 3 pm at the Gateway Administrative Complex at 13240 Griffin Drive and the meetings are open to the public. Visit the Agenda Dashboard on the homepage for specific BOS meeting agendas.
All meetings are streamed live on the District’s YouTube channel, where recordings of previous meetings are also available for viewing. In addition, the link is provided at the top of the selected agenda, accessible through the Agenda Dashboard once posted.

Board Election Information:
QUALIFICATION PROCESS: For each General Election, all candidates shall qualify for individual seats in accordance with Section 99.061, Florida Statutes, and must also be a qualified elector of the District. A qualified elector is any person at least 18 years of age who is a citizen of the United States, a legal resident of the State of Florida and of the District, and who is registered to vote with the Lee County Supervisor of Elections. Campaigns shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 106, Florida Statutes.
COMPENSATION: Members of the Board receive $200.00 per meeting for their attendance and no Board member shall receive more than $4,800.00 per year.
TERM OF OFFICE: The term of office for the individuals to be elected to the Board in the General Election is four years. The newly elected Board members shall assume office on the second Tuesday following the election.
