Leak Detection at Your Fingertips
Have you reviewed your usage bill and think you may have a leak? EyeOnWater® gives Gateway Services Community Development customers an easy way to track water use, detect potential leaks early, and make informed decisions about water conservation.
Service implementation will be available once meter replacement is complete. Project work began in June 2026. Once installed, the District will begin receiving a data feed from the new meter to upload into the service. Data will only be available after installation, and prior usage data will not be available.
What You Can Do with EyeOnWater®
- View your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly water usage.
- Receive automatic leak detection alerts.
- Track trends and unusual spikes in usage.
- Monitor your usage anytime—right from your phone or computer.
How to Sign Up
- Visit eyeonwater.com/signup or download the EyeOnWater® app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Enter your utility account number exactly as it appears on your bill, using a hyphen between each group of digits (xxx-xxxx-xx). Remove any leading zeros.
- Enter your billing/mailing ZIP code. Ex: This will be the zip code of the service address.
- Click Next.
- Enter your email address.
- Create and confirm your password.
- Check your email for a verification link from noreply@eyeonwater.com and click to confirm.
- Sign in and start monitoring your water usage!
