Welcome to the official website for the Gateway Services Community Development District (the “District”). This website is funded on behalf of the District to serve two major purposes. The first is to comply with Chapter 189.069 of the Florida Statues, which requires each special district to maintain an official internet website. The second is an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District.

About Gateway

A CDD is governed by its Board of Supervisors. Like all municipal, county, state, and national elections, the Office of the Supervisor of Elections oversees the vote, and CDD Supervisors are subject to state ethics and financial disclosure laws. Irrigation Service Interruption for Select Areas

The GSCDD irrigation system will be temporarily unavailable beginning Saturday, March 8, 2025 anytime after 8 am., due to a line break along the main irrigation line on Gateway Blvd.

Affected Areas:

Residents of Daniel Preserve
All commercial properties along Commerce Lakes & Westlinks Drive

The shutdown MAY also interrupt irrigation watering for homes that reside along Westlinks Drive within the Gateway Greens Communities.

Arborwood, Callaway Greens, Cypress Links, Championship Drive, Championship Circle, Pond Ridge, Hampton Greens, Mahogany Isle Lane, Hammock Cove, Westhaven, Summergate, Fairway Isles I & II, Santa Luz, The Cottages, Sabal Dunes/Sabal Lakes

24-HR EMERGENCY REPORTING

In case of an emergency, please call 239-561-1313 (Option #1). This number is available 24/7. If your call is not answered, leave a voicemail, and it will be routed to on-call staff for immediate attention.

For non-emergency requests, use SeeClickFix to submit a Request For Action. This platform allows residents to notify the District of issues anytime, anywhere, with just a few clicks.
