$0 parking access for Gateway residents and convenient parking process for visitors.

Gateway Services Community Development District, in partnership with Premium Parking, is implementing a modern parking management program to improve access, convenience, and parking availability throughout the community. Residents will continue to enjoy free parking through the Residential Parking Program, while non-residents visiting District parks and facilities are subject to applicable parking fees. This program helps support the maintenance and operation of community amenities while providing a simple and convenient parking experience for all users.
Parking Rules
Is overnight/after-hours parking allowed?

No. Overnight and after-hours parking is prohibited at GSCDD parking facilities unless otherwise authorized.

Can I park my RV, boat, trailer, or commercial vehicle?

No. The storage or parking of commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats is prohibited.

Can golf carts use parking spaces?

No. Golf carts are not eligible for parking under the parking program.

What happens if I don’t pay for parking?

Unpaid parking violations may result in fees, vehicle immobilization, or towing in accordance with District parking regulations.

Who may park in designated disabled parking spaces?

Vehicles displaying a valid disabled parking permit or license plate issued by a state agency may use designated accessible parking spaces. Vehicles displaying a valid Disabled Veteran (DV) license plate are exempt from parking fees.

What are the parking facility hours?

Most GSCDD park facilities are open from dawn to dusk unless otherwise posted.

How much does parking cost?

Parking is $2.00 per hour at District parking facilities: Commons Park, Fun Park & Sherman Soccer Complex

Do Gateway residents have to pay for parking?

Residents with a valid Residential Parking Pass may park without charge at eligible GSCDD parking facilities in accordance with program rules. Any fees issued prior to receiving a pass will not be refunded.

How do I pay for parking?

Parking may be paid through the Premium Parking platform online.

Who is eligible for a Residential Parking Pass?

All residents living within the Gateway Services Community Development District (GSCDD) boundary are eligible to apply for a Residential Parking Pass.

How long is a Residential Parking Pass valid?

Residential parking passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

What documents are required to obtain a Residential Parking Pass?

Acceptable proof of residency includes:
-Driver’s license showing a Gateway address
-Property tax bill showing a Gateway address
-Lease agreement
-Utility bill
The document must match the name of the applicant.

Does my driver’s license need to match my vehicle registration?

Yes. The driver’s license presented must match the vehicle registration submitted for the parking pass.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license.

Is there a limit to the number of vehicles I can register?

No. There is currently no limit on the number of vehicles associated with a residential parking pass; however, registration and driver’s license documentation must be provided for each vehicle.

Once a Residential Parking Pass is issued, what’s next?

Once your Residential Parking Pass has been issued, you’re all set. No additional steps are required. Simply park at no cost, and your vehicle will be recognized through the registration information associated with your pass.
